Before you begin

This form is the online version of the College’s printed admission form. It goes straight to the Admissions Office, and you will be given a reference number to quote in any correspondence. Nothing is submitted until you have seen a summary and confirmed it — and at the end you can print a completed copy of the official admission form to sign and bring with the original documents.

Have these ready

A recent photograph of the boy — passport style, head and shoulders. You can crop it here; it does not need to be perfect beforehand.
His B-Form / NADRA registration — you will need the number, and a photograph or scan of the document. The scan is required.
His last school report — the most recent one you have. Required. A clear photograph of the page is fine.
Proof that the test fee has been paid — the stamped deposit slip or the online transfer receipt. Required. Pay this before you begin: the form cannot be submitted without the receipt, and a part-finished application is not saved on our side.
For admission to First Year only — the SSC Part-1 board, roll number, year and marks.

JPEG, PNG or PDF. Up to 3 MB each; the photograph is reduced in your browser before it is sent, so it will be much smaller.

Admission test fee — PKR 5,000

A non-refundable admission test fee of PKR 5,000 is payable before this form is submitted. Deposit it in cash or transfer it online — cheques are not accepted.

What happens next

You receive a reference number on screen. Keep it — it is the quickest way for the office to find your application.
The Admissions Office checks the form is complete and writes to the address you gave, or telephones.
Entry test and interview. Bring the printed, signed admission form, the original documents and the application fee with you.
The decision is sent to you in writing.
